This hotel doesn't have room service, but has a menu to order food from an outside source. A security guard came up with the delivery person and I felt safe & secure. The hotel was located right behind the Alamo and we had easy access to the River Walk, the Rivercenter Mall, and the Scottish Rite Auditorium. The buffet was clean and plentiful. You need a room key in order to access the elevator which is an excellent safety feature. The staff was friendly and courteous.
This hotel does not have a kitchen so they did not offer room service or a restaurant. The room is plain, but efficient.
